Well here I sit trying my best to focus hardcore on my studies this semester.. but the internet is such a distraction!! I get on to get to blackboard or VIP or one of the stinking homework sites and well hello facebook, and hi upstate blog. haha. It never fails! So far so good with classes. Spanish is as scary as I thought it was going to be seeing as how I barely remember ANY of it (it’s been 9 years since my last espanol class). However, so far the teacher seems amazing. Photography seems like it’s going to be loads of fun minus all the reading. I am definitely a hands on learner, reading just goes in my head and right back out. Until I use it I don’t fully get it. Astronomy I’m still not sure on, I’ll let you know 
Well I better get to work on my homework! I have lots to do to my car tonight as well! Good times!

Ah the beginning of a new semester. My stomach is in knots, which is ridiculous considering I’ve been in school for so long. I should be a pro at this by now! I hope everyone had a great summer! I know I did, in between all my bad luck! I’m hoping this semester is going to be so much better than the last!! This summer I did a lot:
Went to the mountains with all my Eclipse people (they’re my second family)
The guys (and girls)
I went to Hot Import Nights in Charlotte with my car group 4one9.. and half of us had to squeeze in 5 passenger SUV, with all our luggage. It was interesting to say the least!

Then I got to go to Pawleys Island with my family (we go every year) and it was great!

Then I went on a road trip to Canada with my best friends. We drove to Queens, NY the first day and from NY to Ontario the next. We stopped in Washington DC to see my friend Brandon’s picture that is hanging in the Smithsonian! It was really cool! At least until we got back to our van and found a hundred dollar parking ticket for parking on this one street during “rush hour.” BOOOO. But we got to check out the Smithsonian and the National Air & space museum. I got to visit Niagra Falls, the CN tower, Casa Loma Castle, and lots of other fun stuff in Canada!

And well that pretty much concludes my summer. I worked all the rest of the time. Which felt like forever, until today haha. Now it feels like it flew by! How does that work?! Well it’s time to mentally prepare for my first class of the day, Astronomy. Ugh. At least I have my buddy DeAnna in there with me!! Happy semester everyone!
